Red Notice Suspect ‘Samithpura Chathu’ Brought Back to Sri Lanka

COLOMBO (News 1st): An organized criminal against whom a Red Notice had been issued, named Samithpura Chathu, was brought back to the island early this morning.

He was brought back by a team from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

Police Spokesman Assistant Superintendent of Police F.U. Wootler stated that he was brought to the country from Oman.

The Police Spokesperson stated that the suspect was wanted in connection with murder, serious crimes, drug trafficking, and the possession of a bomb.
