COLOMBO (News 1st): The Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Namal Karunaratne, states that a special program has been prepared to face the El Niño situation.
The Deputy Minister further stated that discussions regarding facing this situation are being held within the Food Security Committee as well as with the farming community.
