Heroin Seizure in Peliyagoda: 1.6 Kg Found in Suspect’s Possession

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A suspect has been arrested in the Nuge Road in Peliyagoda 1 kilogram and 642 grams of heroin in his possession.
Police identified the suspect as a 37-year-old resident of Colombo 12.
The narcotics were discovered during a search of a suspicious motorcycle, which has also been taken into police custody.
