Former First Lady Shiranthi Rajapaksa Summoned by FCID Over ‘Siriliya’ Account Probe

COLOMBO (News 1st): Shiranthi Rajapaksa, the wife of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, has been summoned to the Police Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) today.

She has been called in connection with ongoing investigations into alleged financial irregularities involving an account operated under the name “Siriliya” during Mahinda Rajapaksa’s tenure as President.

She has been instructed to report to the FCID at 9:00 a.m. today.
