Backhoe Saman’s Associate Nabbed in Embilipitiya

COLOMBO (News 1st); A key suspect allegedly connected to the notorious drug network operated by ‘Backhoe Saman’, who is currently in remand custody, was arrested in Embilipitiya by officers from the Police Narcotics Division.
The arrest was made during a targeted operation, where police recovered 6 kilograms of Kerala ganja in the suspect’s possession.
The individual, identified as Ramanayake Sudda, is expected to be produced before the Embilipitiya Magistrate’s Court today.
