Disciplinary action against Police officer at protest

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Police headquarters states that it has decided to take disciplinary action against the Police officer who had attended the protest.

In a statement, the police media division said disciplinary  action will be taken against the officer if required.

The statement noted that the officer had left the Siripagama Police station without permission to join the demonstration.
