COLOMBO (News 1st): The Sri Lanka Medical Association says that the fourth wave came along with the Delta variant.
Its Chairperson, Dr. Padma Gunaratne, says that the Delta variant, which is now more prevalent, has mutated into other variants and os spreading even more, which is the cause for more patients to be reported.
