COLOMBO (News1st): On the 17th of this month Minister of Energy Udaya Gammanpila said that the Trincomalee oil tanks will be brought back under the control of Sri Lanka in the near future.
However, speaking to the media today he said that the meaning of what he said was misinterpreted due to an error in translation.
SJB MP Harin Fernando criticized these contradictory statements made by various factions of the government.
