Majority of Govt. websites targeted in LK. domain hack

COLOMBO(News1st): The malicious redirection that affected LK domains this morning had targetted a majority of government websites. The was confirmed to News1st by, LK Domain Registrar Prof. Gihan Dias. The IP addresses of these websites including a majority of Government websites were changed, to redirect to a different site. Professor Dias confirmed that there is no evidence that information had been extracted from any of these sites. Investigations into the malicious redirection are underway and that the LK domain registry system is now functioning normally, he added.
