COLOMBO (News1st): A silent protest was held opposite the St. Sebastian Church in Katuwapitiya on Sunday urging punishment for the perpetrators of last year's April 21 attacks. Family members of the dead and injured victims of the bombings participated in the protest opposite the church that was one of the six locations in which the explosions occurred. "My wife and two children died in the attack. We need justice. If not God will deal with it," a grief-stricken father told News1st, 18 months after the bombings. Another protestor blamed political reasons behind the bombings. "I have not recovered completely. My rib bones are still broken. No justice has been served," one victim pointed out.
