Final Rites of Ronnie Leitch tomorrow in Colombo

Colombo (News 1st) - Ronnie Leitch, a popular singer, and comedian in Sri Lanka passed away in Perth, Australia on October 01st. His remains are due to arrive in the country today (October 10) for the final rites. A family member gave notice that the funeral will be held tomorrow (October 11) at the Mount Lavinia cemetery around 3:00 PM. The casket will be placed at a funeral parlour in Borella from 6:00 PM today to 2:00 PM tomorrow for public viewing upon which it will be transferred to the Christ-church, Mount Lavinia for the final rites. Ronnie Leitch started his career in the Music industry of Sri Lanka in 1973 and joined the music group "Golden Chimes" as a singer. He was 65 years at the time of death. Having had a memorable career and an artist who is loved across the island and Sri Lankan's all over the world, Ronnie Leitch passed away after performing at a concert in Perth, Australia by having a heart attack.
