Luxury AC train from Mt. Lavinia to Rambukkana

Colombo (News1st): A luxury air-conditioned train will be introduced for operations between Mount Lavinia and Rambukkana from the 25th of  September. The Railways Control Room stated that the train will leave Mt. Lavinia daily at 08:30 AM bound to Rambukkana and will leave Rambukkana daily at 04:10 PM. This new train is able to accommodate 100 passengers and will make frequent stops in Fort and Veyangoda. The luxury train has been introduced to boost the economy by catering to the tourism industry.
