Land dispute claims mothers life

Colombo (News1st): A mother who tried to pacify a land dispute between two of her sons has been killed.
The Police said the victim, aged 78 who is a resident of Hokandara, Thalangama was pronounced dead upon admission to the National Hospital.
The eldest son who sustained injuries in the dispute was admitted to the Colombo National Hospital while the younger son's wife was admitted to the Mulleriya Hospital.
The two sons have been arrested.
